After slowly getting fatter and fatter over the last 10 years and making all sorts of excuses that I was not bad or dieting was just too hard—a trip to the doctor and blood tests revealed very high cholesterol levels.
My doctor had advised that if I did not get those levels down, I needed to go on statins. Then came COVID and more excuses stopping me from doing something to improve my health! But deep down I knew I really did have to do something and decided to look at getting a personal trainer to help me.
