My weight gain started slowly (but steadily!) before COVID, and unfortunately exploded over the past couple of years. With the stress of lockdowns, a change in life circumstance, and various issues with mental health I was in a bit of rut, feeling like I would never be able to pull myself out.
When it all finally got to be too much, I plucked up the courage and made an appointment to speak to a trainer at The Right Fit. I knew if I was to make the changes I wanted to make, I was going to need that extra support!
