If you have a demanding job, a full family life and a calendar that never quite lines up, and you still want training to be part of who you are, Edevine's story is for you.
Training has always been the anchor of Edevine's week. Exercise and high-intensity work sit at the core of her health and fitness, and that hasn't changed.
What has made the difference is how she trains. By listening to her body, applying proper technique and pushing safely to high intensities with Danyelle, she has made real strength gains.
Lately she has gone further and committed to the other parts of her life that shape her health. A busy career, time zone challenges and a full family life could easily have been reasons to step back. Edevine kept striving, strongly supported by the community and trainers around her.
The results come from consistency. She showed up when she was tired. She re-applied herself after setbacks instead of letting them derail her. Her nutrition, daily movement and hydration have all improved, and she is now working to take her sleep and nutrition even further.
Her advice for anyone trying to hold it all together:
"Don't strive for perfection, just be kind to yourself. Take the next most simple action and celebrate that as a win."
Edevine's story shows that progress isn't about perfect weeks. It's about returning to the habits that matter, again and again.
Great work, Edevine. And well done Danyelle on keeping the intensity high and the training safe, week after week.
