For Kim, progress meant finding her way back

"The biggest achievement is being able to come to my sessions each week, work hard and feel good about it."

When Kim first joined The Right Fit, her goals were to build muscle, lose weight and improve her fitness.

After a year of consistent training, she achieved exactly that.

Then, just two months later, circumstances completely outside of her control changed everything.

Kim was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition that required extensive medication, and for a period she wasn't even able to make it into the gym.

A lot of what she had worked so hard to achieve was undone.

But eventually, Kim came back.

Two years later, she's working towards those goals again, but with a slightly different perspective on what progress means.

These days, success isn't just a number on the scales.

It's turning up each week.

Working hard.

Continuing to move.

And building the strength that will allow her to keep doing the things she wants to do.

A huge part of that has been working with Dani, who listens to how Kim is feeling and adjusts her training when needed, while still helping her move forward.

Sometimes progress isn't about getting somewhere you've never been before.

Sometimes it's about finding your way back. ❤️

Awesome work, Kim and Dani 👏
